To make your experience at our Salon & Spa the best it can be we ask of a few simple requests below be observed:
Please be courteous to your stylist/esthetician and arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to sit back and relax, and fill out any information needed to be filled out before your procedures and/or services.
Please switch your cell phones to vibrate or silent when entering the Spa area of the Salon. This is just out of consideration so that yourself and others receiving services can relax and get the most out of your spa experience!
The service/treatment you book is reserved especially for you. At the time of your reservation we do require a credit card number or gift certificate number, in order to book your appointment. When you reserve your salon or spa time with us and you need to cancel, as a courtesy to our stylists, estheticians and other guests, we do require a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment and if less time is given the following may apply:
• For any service/treatment a fee of 50% will be applied
• For all no shows 100% of the service/treatment will be applied
We do understand that things “come up” and emergency situations do arise. If we can fill the appointment time, you won’t be charged and we will accommodate you in any way we can.
We love children, however …
We ask that you do not leave your child unattended at any time during your visit. This is for the safety of your child as well as maintaining a relaxing atmosphere for other guests.
Salon & Spa Service Fees
Service Fees are non-refundable. If you are not fully satisfied with your service please contact a Salon & Spa team member – we are more than happy to hear feedback at anytime.
